GENEREL INFORMATION:
All prices in DKK are excluding Danish VAT. Prices in other currency are excluding Danish VAT. Orders are handled immediately and under careful inspection. Any outstanding orders are delivered as soon as available in stock.
Reservations are made for goods sold out, pricing errors, vendor failure, misprints and VAT and tax changes
TERMS OF DELIVERY:
If nothing else is agreed all orders are within Denmark shipped by Post Danmark to private buyers and by GLS to companies. For orders abroad GLS or DHL are used.
Orders of less than DKK 2000.00 excluding VAT and discount a freight charge will be added according to Post Danmark and GLS standard rates for shipments within Denmark.
We offer delivery free of charge for all orders above DKK 2,000.00 excluding VAT and discount delivered within Denmark. All order for delivery abroad a freight charge will be added according to GLS and DHL standard rates.
The packaging is free of charge and is done carefully and thoughtful to ensure a perfect delivery.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
you need to be 18 years or more and in the possession of a valid credit card.
MPAC ApS uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in our payment system, which ensures a safe and secure transfer.
If you pay be international credit card or by international bank transfer we’ll arrange for the order to be shipped as soon as the payment is received into our account.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Goods purchased via the internet are by Danish consumer law guaranteed 14 days right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is in effect on the day you receive the ordered goods.
If the goods are returned within 14 days of being received MPAC offers a full refund.
The condition of the right of withdrawal is that the goods are returned in its original conditions.
The shipping cost for returned goods is covered by the buyer.
WARRANTY: In agreement with Danish consumer law all goods purchased at MPAC online is covered by a 24 month limited warranty.
This limited consumer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in MPAC online products.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use.
Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.
You will be required to submit your claim within reasonable time after noting the defect.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
MPAC ApS cannot be held responsible for not fulfilling its obligations with extraneous factors such as: strikes, lockouts, fire, force majeure, failure of supply from suppliers, etc.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to MPAC online or to products or services sold or distributed by MPAC online shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Denmark
